The jig at the left was built for measuring leakage currents in integrated circuits. It uses a special high-resistivity substrate for the printed-circuit boards. The measurement amplifier and devices under test are shielded when the lid is closed during testing. Both the digital meter and the test-jig are interfaced to the PC. The measurement process is controlled by an application-specific program with a Windows graphical user interface. Persistent Vision designed both the hardware and the software. |

The jig at the right was built for production testing of thick-film hybrid circuits. The device under test is shielded when the lid is closed. |
